Champagne Floating decks


Q. How can I reserve the Champagne Floating Deck?
A. Visit and book your experience at least 24 hours in advance.  You can select the date and time and any add-on.  If there is no availability online, we are sold out for that day.  Last minute reservations may be arranged by calling our hotel at 787-705-9994.

Q. Where is the meeting point on the day of the experience?
A. Meeting point is at O:LV 55 hotel lobby. We recommend to arrive at least 15 minutes prior of the activity.

Q. How many people can be included in the experience?
A. The experience includes 2 adults; however, select the double date enhancement and 1-2 more adults can join.

Q. Can kids join?
A. This experience is only for adults, 18 years and older.

Q. How many days in advance can I book the experience?
A. The experience is available through December 2021 and online, booked 1 day in advance.  Last minute reservations may be arranged by calling our hotel at 787-705-9994.

Q. Can I bring my own food and beverage?
A. Food and beverage cannot be purchased from other vendors; however, additional food and beverage can be ordered and delivered by our Arya restaurant before the experience begins. You can order the items in advance or up to 45 minutes prior to the experience, please see menu here  

Q. What happens if I need to cancel?
A. Confirmed and paid reservations are non-refundable. Cancelations 72 hours prior to the experience may be rescheduled upon management’s approval.

Q. What happens if it is raining on the day of the experience?
A. Puerto Rico’s weather is tropical. One minute it’s raining and a minute later, it stops.  We will notify you 1 hour before your excursion to reschedule. If you are our hotel guest and cannot reschedule during your trip, a refund will be granted. If you are a resident of Puerto Rico, we will reschedule to redeem within 14 days.

Q. What if I’m running late?
A. We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes before your experience begins.  Late arrivals will be accepted; however, the experience ends at the agreed upon time to accommodate the next guest. Unannounced late arrivals exceeding 25 minutes will result in an un-refundable cancelation.

Q. I am vegan. Can I change the charcuterie box for vegan option?
A. Yes, for an additional charge, we can change the charcuterie box for a vegan option.

Q. What is the dress Code?
A. We recommend dressing comfortable. Shade will not be available during the day experience so light, breathable clothing is recommended.  High heels will puncture the inflatable deck and are not allowed.  It’s uncommon; but depending on the wind, you can get splashed.  

Q. Can I swim in the Condado Lagoon?
A. Yes!  We recommend bringing your swimsuit to enjoy a sip, the sun and a swim!

Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. No pets allowed in the Lagoon Lounge.
